Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, thawed and drained spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using; mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Form Crisps: Spoon small mounds of the cheese and spinach mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave space between each mound so they can spread slightly while baking.
- Bake: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese crisps turn golden brown and crispy.
